DAY ONE – SATURDAY 25 OCTOBER 2025:
The group will meet at Brisbane International Airport in time for your flight to Norfolk Island.
Check in at 9.35am. You will just need photo ID on check in for this flight.
QF 183 BRISBANE/NORFOLK ISLAND DEPARTS: 11.35AM ARRIVES: 3.45PM
On arrival in Norfolk Island, we will be met and transferred to our hotel, South Pacific Resort. It is located right in town, so only a short walk to shops and supermarket. We will check into your room and then have an early dinner.
After dinner, we will have the Sound and Light Show which begins at 7.15pm. As the night falls on Kingston, the historic convict settlement on Norfolk takes on an eerie atmosphere. With the help of real-life sounds, theatrical lighting and costumed actors, it brings to life the convict era. Duration 2 hours.

DAY TWO- SUNDAY 26 OCTOBER 2025:
This morning after breakfast we will depart at 8.30am for a half day tour around the island, returning at approximately 12noon. Time for lunch before we are picked up for a visit to the Bounty Folk Museum. The Bounty Folk Museum is a treasure chest of history, an Alladin’s Cave full of fantastic collections, and inspiring information stretching back to 1788. Tonight, we will be having a 2-course dinner at Hilli Restaurant. Showcasing fresh local cuisine. Dine in the charming old island style interior or alfresco in the courtyard gardens. (B,D)
DAY THREE- MONDAY 27 OCTOBER 2025:
This morning you will have free time to wander into town and have a look at the shops. This afternoon, we will be picked up from the hotel at 1pm for the Island Culture Tour. The tour will delve into the rich culture and heritage of the Norfolk Islanders. Experience the art of weaving, cooking, dancing and the Norfolk language which was inherited from their mutineer ancestors and their Tahitian wives. There will be a cooking demonstration, tasting some of the traditional dishes and trying your hand at island dancing and weaving. Tonight, is the progressive dinner at 6pm. A very authentic experience, and over the course of the evening you will experience a 3-course meal, with each course being at a different family home. You will be dropped back to the hotel around 9pm. (B,D)
DAY FOUR – TUESDAY 28 OCTOBER 2025:
Breakfast at the hotel. Then free time this morning until we walk through the Queen Victoria Gardens to Fletcher’s Mutiny Cyclorama, heritage museum. This stunning 360° panoramic painting with realistic 3D effects has been impressing visitors to Norfolk Island with its ‘wow’ factor for over 18 years. While you are there, have a look in Gallery Guava. Time for lunch before we get picked up at 1pm, for the Convict Settlement Tour which will be around 3 hours. Learn about the history of the World Heritage Listed Georgian settlement. The expert guide will tell you about Polynesian, convict and Pitcairn Islander history, where you will discover the stories behind the colonial headstones in the cemetery. Enjoy afternoon tea on the tour. Tonight, is the Island Fish Fry. Get ready for a night of delicious food, live music, and stunning views on Norfolk Island and we will keep our fingers crossed for a sunset as well. (B,D)
DAY FIVE – WEDNESDAY 29 OCTOBER 2025:
This morning we are joining the Breakfast Bushwalk and Clifftop BBQ. A refreshing morning of adventure in the great outdoors, followed by a delicious BBQ breakfast. There are two options to choose from. For those seeking a leisurely stroll, explore the lush Palm Glen Reserve. For the more active, take a leisurely 3.5 klm walk through scenic Mr Bates to Captain Cook Monument. Free time from 10.30am when we get back to the hotel. At 1.00pm, you will be collected for the Women of Norfolk tour. Walk in the footsteps of these extraordinary women who have shaped the Norfolk community. We trace the remarkable journeys of: Olivia Gascoigne, who faced an imminent death sentence; Aunt Selina Buffet, a woman of enduring influence with an award bearing her name; Marie Bailey, a key figure in Norfolk Islands tourism industry; Colleen McCullough, celebrated for her literary accomplishments and advocacy for Norfolk Island. Tonight ,for dinner, we will have the Ghost Tour Dinner and will be collected from the hotel at.6.45pm. Start your evening with a delicious dinner in an old Georgian house. Then journey through the islands dark past and keep your eyes open as you never know what or who you are going to see. (B,D)
DAY SIX – THURSDAY 30 OCTOBER 2025:
After breakfast this morning, it is time to check out of your room as we will do the Over the Cattlestops tour this morning before being transferred to the airport for our flight home. Meet the skilled artists behind the island’s thriving businesses as they showcase their unique crafts. From handcrafted pottery to locally made soft drinks, you’ll have the chance to taste and purchase some of the locally made products. On the way stop at a scenic spot for morning tea. (B)
